Valentin Legendre is a Luxembourg-based finance professional and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in private banking, wealth management, and corporate finance advisory across Luxembourg, Brazil, and Europe.
He is the founder and managing director of V Advisory Luxembourg, an independent firm specialized in corporate structuring, M&A advisory, and business intermediation for entrepreneurs, (U)HNWI, family offices, and institutional investors.
Valentin began his career at BGL BNP Paribas Luxembourg, where he developed a strong foundation in private banking and credit structuring. He later joined Hedgestone Financial in São Paulo, Brazil, where he advised (ultra) high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs on cross-border wealth planning and investment structuring between Europe and Latin America.
Upon returning to Luxembourg, Valentin joined Creand S.A. (formerly Banque de Patrimoines Privés), where he managed international client portfolios, oversaw KYC/AML due diligence, and participated in corporate and fund advisory mandates, prior to joining BIL as relationship manager where he stood for 1 year developing key European markets for HNWI.
Since October 2025, he operates independently through V Advisory, leveraging his experience in international wealth management, alternative investments, and regulatory frameworks to support clients in their structuring, financing, and business development strategies.
